Clean MT, and casting out the 2nd batch. Almost there.....11hrs in 1hr to go.
Up at 0500, mashed in brew #1 by 0600, got @andymacpoco.bsky.social off to catch the train by 0615, and back to set up for brew #2. Gonna be a long day!
