For no particular reason, looking at our pool is making me laugh.🤣 So, I took a picture. The models are, my wife Carla, and our dog Pepper. You can also see the robot on the bottom. It’s just mindlessly roaming around looking for algae. It’s not finding any. It’s a lovely day.

I got another beach towel at the Red Cross today. I’ll use it by my pool because I’m too lazy to go to the beach.

It’s April fools day. It’s a full moon. They gave me another t-shirt at the Red Cross. I politely asked the nurse for an ashtray. The look on her face was a rare one. It was indeed pretty funny. With all the horror in the world, it’s good to do something positive. Have a laugh.

Thirty years ago. It doesn’t seem all that long ago. The thought of surrendering constitutional rights and living under a fascist regime didn’t even seem remotely possible back then. Congress and the Supreme Court, complicit with a lawless executive, would have been considered an absurd notion.
There are two possibilities here: 1) Moses did not exist. 2) Several millennia ago, a guy was tripping balls so hard, he thought he was talking to an inanimate object. Somehow, this guy is still being quoted. This exemplifies the human potential to believe bullshit. I vote for number one.

Today we celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau. With all the horror going on in the world, why not? A little wine, a little pot, a nice fire, play some fun tunes on a guitar. A nice distraction for an afternoon.
