Craft oriented people. I need help. A while ago my cat got to one of my bookmarks. It was bought through a kickstarter but that's not the issue. How would I go about getting the thread reshaped into the initial condition (as in the one on the left), or as close to it as possible?

Two bookmarks, side by side. The one on the left is in perfect condition. The one on the right isn't. The knot that would bind both halves of the thread-tail is missing - untwisted. And now both halves are uneven.

Seven Samurai - I was in awe. The last two deaths in the movie tore me apart. (Tubi) For a Few Dollars More - Angel eyes is intense but Douglas Mortimer stole my heart. The shootouts, the hats that lived. (DVD) Supergirl - No fault to the actors. The direction needed more work, maybe script too.

It's Juneteenth. Post your favourite Black fiction character. Before things went full-blast anti-Gaiman (deservedly so), there was American Gods. My love went first to the television show. The first season the black contingency carried the show. Bilquis. Mr. Nancy. My favourites though.

Mr Jacquel (Anubis) and Mr Ibis (who is not identified as Thoth, but is), as seen outside from the interior of a vehicle. Both gods, as disguised as mortals, wear similar three-piece suits, in that they are black with a white dress shirt underneath. They look at the car straight on, visible from the waist up.

A black cat, by the name of Barry Audacious G., is visible only by his back end (tail and very low back, possibly his back feet too) as he tries to climb head first - and down - into a wooden receptacle known as a potato keeper. The lid hides the rest of his body as he descends into what is actually storage space for boxes containing ziploc bags. The drawer positioned at the bottom of said receptacle is where mini potatoes had been stored. Sadly Barry didn't get to make his favourite potato salad recipe. Photo date: 05/31/2026

Found on Pinterest, unlabeled as to who the artist is.

The Egyptian God Anubis, portrayed as a dark skinned man with a dog's head, sits at a table. Visible from the waist up he is shirtless, with gold arm cuffs that stretch from wrist to below his elbow. He also wears a headpiece and broad necklace, both coloured gold and turquoise.

First (top) panel, "Yo whaddup, it's ya boi Anubis, back at it again with another soul unboxing video." He sits with his head slightly back, arms half raised at his sides, bent and palms facing up. Two jars are placed on the table to his right (hand) side.

Second (bottom) panel, "Now as you can see, this one is a lot heavier than a feather, which longterm viewers will know is really bad haha." Jars are now out of view as Anubis has brought out a golden scale to his left (hand) side. The left most side of the scale has a white feather held higher than the red tangible soul that is heavier.

-- or is it? Or is Anubis manipulating the story since his hand is clasping the side of the scale that has the scale.

On a kitchen counter there is a batch of 8 golden pretzels (not all a perfect pretzel shape) on two cooling racks. Four lightly salted pretzels are to the left and four cinnamon sugar pretzels are on the right.
