I love my cat so much. She is an anxious little bean, though, and cost us a wee whack at the emergency vet yesterday. Thankfully she seems ok now.I think the heat was getting to her. I need to start keeping a Miss Moneypenny emergency vet fund, I think. Little toe-rag.

All throughout lockdown, I spent the summery days in the park reading Hellblazer and Preacher. Yesterday felt very reminiscent of that time as I finally sunk my teeth into vol. 1 of Westernoir from @timebombcomics.bsky.social

Another gorgeous day here. I had planned to drive to Largs Bay, but my other half was poorly, so I opted to stick around Glasgow. But the sunshine is just as good at the park as it is at the beach.

The gig was excellent! And, I'm not a footie person (and think this particular world cup deserves boycotted) but it was cool of Lzzy and Joe to bring Scotland Team Home & Away shirts for the gig. A lot of the crowd loved that. My 1 complaint was that the venue was so packed it felt dangerous!
