With fighters gathering from all over the city, and regardless of who wins, the Deacon Entertainment Mythic Martial Arts Tournament (or DEMMA) is promising to be one of the biggest events of the year! (End)
Of presenting the tournament is Casket Industries, a stock market broker company that was helping organize the event in exchange for profits made from ticket sales. This combined with Casket's PR team helped create the illusion of legitimacy; hiding the tournament's true purpose from the public.

Stuntmen intervened, and inadvertently made Jirou a friend. Helping mediate things was also a tall, muscular woman named Jayce. Considering Jirou's power as an Awakened, Adder came to the conclusion that Jirou would make a nice addition to their gang and has been trying to recruit him ever since.
