#ArtAdventCalendar Day 30. Whenever you think Bluesky kind of sucks, just remember how much worse it could be.

A security guard Mark Zuckerberg blocks the entrance to a club. He says to the person trying to enter, "Woah! That's a pretty offensive shirt! Threatening messages like that have no place in this club!"

The person being denied entry is wearing a shirt that reads "I hope the president shits himself to death" on the back.

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 29. Social media is great because years ago the odds of running into some weirdo screaming about minorities was comparatively low but now you can experience that constantly in a nice easy-to-digest feed right in the palm of your hand.

In front of the register is the sign for "Milky Blobs: Premium Boba Milk Teas" and its menu. Several of the flavors are obscured by the naked man's arm, but the ones that are visible are: Green Tea, Boba Coffee, Campbell's® Boba Noodle Soup, Boba Water, and “Oops! All Boba!” A note next to the menu reads: The blobs in your tea? They're supposed to be there! “Boba” or “bubble tea” is a novel new kind of milky beverage! Yum!

An asterisk is next to the word "new" to imply that this is not actually a new beverage. A woman stands behind the cash register dressed in a "Milky Blobs" apron and is looking at the naked man with concern. She says to him, "Sir, you can't run around naked and shouting slurs at everyone."

He replies, "What happened to my country? I thought we were in a democracy!!"

She responds, "No, we are in a Boba shop. Please leave."

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 28. Humans can be Sonics, too.

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 27. I like to imagine that the Earth is stuck in a time loop and every few billion years it resets, but every other planet just continues linearly, so aliens like to visit Earth every now and then to see if the Earthlings did anything new on the current loop.

A comic.

Frame 1: An alien leaves their spaceship and approaches an ancient Egyptian man, saying "Take me to your—" and stops. Note that all of the alien's text has strange accents on it.

Frame 2: The alien points at a pyramid in the background and yells "WOAH WHAT THE FUCK!? WHAT THE FUCK IS *THAT*?!"

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 26. I hope nobody got a new printer for Christmas.

A comic:

Frame 1: A woman stands next to a printer with a smiley face on its screen. She gestures towards it and says "Behold our newest printer model, the XD-NITRO Wireless All-In-One iPrinter Pro Deluxe 7S!"

Frame 2: She shows a screen depicting the logos for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC, 5G, Neuralink, and Nintendo DS Local Wireless. She continues, "Connect with Wi-Fi, 5G, Bluetooth, NFC and more!"

Frame 3: She pulls a solar panel out of the printer and adds "Use the built-in solar panel to use it without a power cable!"

Frame 4: She winks at the printer and says "And you'll quickly fall in love with your new digital assistant, Gutenberg, or Guty for short, with his charming personality!" The printer winks back and replies "You're too kind, Aida!"

Frame 5: Various features of the printer are highlighted in quick succession. "There's also a built-in file browser! Apps! Developer API! Social Networking Features! Dark Mode! GeForce GTX 1060 6GB graphics card for Bitcoin mining! Soda Dispenser! Atari Emulator!" Various screens of the printer show it running solitaire, enabling emoji support in the settings menu, an Atari game, the printer making an ecstatic face as it shoots soda into a cup, and a message that “Jeff likes “Divorce Papers.pdf”” when the social media features are mentioned.

Frame 6: Several journalists are watching the press conference. One asks "How well does it print?"

Frame 7: Back on stage, the woman angrily throws a smoke bomb and yells "THIS CONFERENCE IS OVER!" The printer is now shooting papers out erratically and making a pained face, exclaiming "Oopsie, I made a Fucky-Wucky!" Various error messages appear, reading Low Ink! Error! Paper Jam! Toner!

A simple one for #ArtAdventCalendar Day 25, and the only one even tangentially related to Christmas (I originally drew all of these in October, so a snowman is the closest we'll get).

His facial expression is difficult to describe, but I've been watching the Great British Bake-Off a lot lately and those limey bastards use the word "chuffed" a lot, so I'd describe his face as "straight chuffed to be here."

Outside the window a generic American suburban neighborhood is visible. Notably, the sun has a smiley face on it that also appears to be made of coal, much like the snowman's smile.

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 24. If something is true, it must be true in ALL languages!

A scientist is holding a stack of papers, and holding in their other hand a single paper that has the word "team" written in several languages on it. They say "The results are in, sir. Of 67 Latin-alphabet based languages, 35 of them have an “I” in “team.”"

In front of them, another scientist holds their head in frustration and replies, "Damn it... welp, back to the drawing board."

In the background is a white board, with the following phrases crossed out: dog is god backwards. assuming makes an ass of u and me. realize real lies real eyes. The next phrase, circled, is "there's no I in team." The final phrase is "a picture is worth 1000 words."

In case you wanted to see them, the words on the first scientist's paper are: iqembo, equipo, tim, sgioba, takim, lið, tiimi, team, koox, tawager, meeskond, topary, jamoa, egbe.

A comic about videos games.

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 22. I love when things I drew several years ago are still relevant now, it's such a fun thing to see. It's just a great time all around.

Saw a very bleak children's book today. A book about how cocoa beans are turned into chocolate sounds pretty great and fun for kids... but by HERSHEY?! "First, little boys and girls just like you go to work in the cocoa farms in Côte d'Ivoire for up to 14 hours every day to earn like 25 cents..."

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 21. Good thing this one I drew a few years ago isn't topical anymore! Ha ha ha!

He says "I love working in the tech industry! We're always able to develop cutting edge technologies that nobody has ever made before!" The woman responds by asking "has it occurred to you that maybe some of these things SHOULDN'T be made?" The man replies "Ew, what the fuck. I didn't play Overwatch through all of my Gen Ed classes for you to lecture me about ethics."

The machine the woman is leaning on is labeled "Infant Deatomizer (Beta Version). The man's computer monitor reads “You have lost $32,000 or 1.6 bitcoin.” In the background a sign with smiley faces on it reads “Don't Be Evil” with asterisks after the words “Don't” and “Evil.”

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 20. A fun two-parter where I pitched a fun children's show where Mr. Thinks would reach kids about different actions and the tools that could help them in performing those actions. It would've been quality content for children ages 4-9, but unfortunately, Mr. Thinks died.

A man with a nice shirt and a bow tie is looking stumped, standing below a large cliff. He says "Holy Hollandaise sauce, am I glad YOU'RE here, Kid Cadets! I'm in a real pickle! I need to CLIMB this ledge! I need to GO UP it! But I need your help! Can you tell me which of these items will help me CLIMB this ledge?"

Next to him are several items, all labeled: ladder, Oklahoma, silver platter, cornucopia, Slinky®, Glock 22 Gen4 Semi-Automatic Pistol, .40 S&W 4.48" barrel, 15 rounds, and a green plush toy named Mr. Buggsby.

The same man from the previous image is now falling and shrugging. He is saying "Well, Kid Cadets, I don't know how you did it, but you f---ked up so bad in picking an item for me that NOT ONLY did it fail to help me CLIMB the cliff, but now I'm FALLING down a different one! #ArtAdventCalendar Day 19. This is the last Curse of the Dragon Prophet cover I drew, back in 2022. Then in 2023 I decided not to do the whole Draw Something Every Day In October thing so I could focus on game development, and skipped it in 2024 and 2025, too. Maybe there'll be more some day...

The blue people in the background chasing them include one carrying a serrated forked knife, one T-Posing, one with an uncomfortably wide-eyed smile, and one with a bow and arrow, a ponytail, and boobs, with a shirt that reads “the girl one.”

The priest has green hair, a scar on their left eye, has lightning emanating from their body, and is holding a staff with an Impossible Trident on the end.

Further in the background is a blimp labeled "Adequate ⚡ Week" with a rope hanging out of it, which more blue people are descending from. In the sky is a sun with a crescent moon on it.

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 18. This is the one where you roll your eyes and say "Oh, look who took a single Art History course in college" but then the joke would be on you, because the reality is that I just spend too much time on Wikipedia and that's how I learned about all these things.

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 17. I like the title of this one. Much simpler than most of the others, but I think it's a solid goof.

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 12. Pretty bad writing by Needledick to pivot his fantasy series into sci-fi in just the third book.

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 11. Like 5 years after I had drawn the previous one, I was inspired to make a squeakquel for Inkt*ber. Probably my least favorite of them, but you gotta see the worst before you can see the best! I do still like the FOIA joke, though.

Behind the protagonist is a concerned woman, with a red earring on one ear, a green one on the other, and a blue necklace. Her pink t-shirt has the words "1,000,000 crawdads" written on it. Her left arm is handcuffed to itself, and her right arm has a rune-like tattoo on it. She is holding a large sword with both hands.

Behind both of them is a wizard-looking dude with green hair and a devious smile, who is summoning an energy ball.

Ahead of them, a shadow is cast of a strange creature that looks kind of like a rabbit's head with a heart on top on a humanoid body.

#ArtAdventCalendar Day 10. I've put it off for too long. It's time for the real shit. Every "Curse of the Dragon Prophet" book cover I've ever made, starting with the one that started it all. Maybe I'll draw a new one before the year ends.

The Dragon Prophet's head resembles that of the Green Dragon from the Dragon Quest games, and he holds a giant wooden staff. Further in the distance is a castle with a top hat on top of it, and several floating islands circling it. In the sky, the moon looks down on the scene with a smiling face.

Two people stand in front of a monitor showing the evolutionary line of a fake Pokémon. Toylette is a water type Pokémon which resembles a jack-in-the-box popping out of a toilet. Its evolution, Sewwar, is a water/steel type Pokémon with a bathroom sink for a head and pipes making up its body, holding a sword. The final form is Royal Flush, a water type Pokémon resembling a cat-like king with a crown, sitting pensively on a toilet.

The first person is furious, screaming "I paid you top dollar to draw me some fake Pokémon leaks and THIS is what you give me!?"

The second person simply stands there, smiling obliviously. They have a sketchbook under their arm, and are wearing a hoodie with the text "don't coffee until I've coffee my coffee" on it.
