I was lazy and only made 2 sauces yesterday (mustard North Carolina and ketchup based KC, during my endless zoom calls). But here is the 3 am taking it off the grill photo followed by my pull moments ago, as is required to share by Bluesky law.

Ending at Mastro’s Ocean Club for some of the best steak ever. Along with some creamed corn and burrata with tomatoes.
Moving on to Bardot’s for some French onion soup and some amazing mac and cheese (and deviled eggs + crab on endive)
Food tour of the Aria hotel yesterday, starting at Javier’s for enchiladas.
Sigh. The trials and tribulations of being a center director. Operation: Payload, complete.
Happy New Year’s Eve…the last glass before I go dry for at least 3 months.
