Chasm: The Rift: While I understand that this game was very technically impressive when it originally released, and I like the dismemberment mechanic, the gameplay is very basic and the level design and bosses are frustrating and unintuitive. 5.5/10
Doom: The Dark Ages - Revelations: A solid continuation of the base game. I like the story stuff, and the general gameplay is still good, but I find it annoying how you can't 100% complete levels on the first visit, and some of the new enemies are just far too annoying. 8/10
Doom (2016) (Replay): A great throwback FPS with an awesome OST that revived such a beloved series. Nowadays, it comes off as a bit simple compared to what came after, but it's still a great game and deserves the love it got. 8.5/10
A true Saiyan always sprinkles when he tinkles. #TomodachiLife #LivingTheDream
Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2 (Replay): Seeing as this was my introduction to FOTNS, I have a soft spot for this game, and it is a solid action game all around. However, the presentation on most of the cutscenes is pretty cheap, and the gameplay does get a bit repetitive after a while. 7.5/10
Shadow Warrior 3 Definitive Edition: A fine, but short, shooter with come cool movement and decent weapons. 6.5/10
Mega Man Battle Network 6: Cybeast Gregar: A great finale to the series with probably the best gameplay and some solid dungeons. 8.5/10
Castlevania: Lament of Innocence: A fine PS2-era action game with decent combat. Some of the areas get very repetitive, finding out how to open some side areas is a pain, and I wish it incorporated more Metroidvania aspects, but overall, not a bad translation of the series to 3D. 6.5/10
Turbo Overkill: A pretty cool boomer shooter with cool aesthetics and great music. Unfortunately, the last act of the game drags on too long, with the last few missions in particular being absolute slogs. 7.5/10
Duke Nukem Forever (Replay): It's not the absolute worst game ever, but it's not good either. I wish Duke would actually get another good game again so this can stop being the most recent new Duke Nukem game. 4/10
Deltarune Chapter 5: Yet another solid chapter of this game. I like the 2D platform gameplay gimmick, and the chapter's new major characters are a lot of fun. I'm really looking forward to seeing how the story unfolds in the future chapters. 8.5/10
Darksiders: Warmastered Edition: It certainly is an action game from the 7th console generation, a good one at that. I like how the dungeons and exploration are a bit more Zelda-esque, but the combat is very middle-of-the-road. A fine game in its own right. 7/10
post the best picture you have ever taken of your pet (if you feel like it):
Final Fantasy V (Pixel Remaster): A great RPG that refines what made the previous games so good. The endgame is kinda tedious, especially if you're going for 100%, but I'd say this is a textbook example of a great RPG. 8/10
Mina the Hollower: A very good Zelda-like game with plenty of customization, Souls-like influences, fun gameplay. It can be hard at times, but isn't too much to overcome. 8/10
Not sure if this information was already out there, but I'm glad to know Tenebris Somnia is coming to consoles.
Bubsy 4D: A decent platformer with fun movement, but too short and kinda lacking in substance. Clearly the best of the series, though. 6/10
Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition: A great action game with a lot of love for the Zelda series and all the content from both previous versions of the game. Some missions are a bit annoying, but it's still my favorite Warriors game. 9/10
Neon White (Replay): A cool, stylish, fast-paced FPS with a bit of fun humor sprinkled in. It can be frustrating trying to get the best ranks, but you also feel so cool when you finally get them. 8/10
Dragon Ball Fusions: A pretty solid RPG with a fun original story and concept. I wish getting characters and moves you want was easier, and that more combinations of characters could fuse together, but it's probably one of the better DBZ games in recent memory. 7.5/10
Believe it or not, according to the Yugioh Wiki, Bandit Keith is canonically only 26, a fact that gave me a bit of a crisis when I discovered that information shortly after turning 27.
Final Fantasy IV (Pixel Remaster): A solid RPG that definitely blazed trails in its original release and holds up pretty well today. Just like the other Pixel Remasters, the lack of the bonus content from other releases holds it back from being the definitive version. 7.5/10
