I am your chef on holiday part 3923855893. Sliced thin tomatoes, seasoned with garlic salt, parsley, and black pepper. Drizzled with Balsamic and a garlic shallot confit olive oil. Served with Domaine Zafeirakis Microcosmos Malagousia 2022 from Thessaly.
This is a season where Ferrari solidly have a chance in the WDC, but due to the deficits in their car, they’ve really got to maximize every opportunity to capitalize on that. I can’t confidently say they have, today was evidence for that, in general, everyone was commenting about that.

The ultimate consolation when one of your teams doesn’t win- Steamed Clams in a white wine butter sauce, christened with garlic, parsley and shallots. Lastly, hot bread fresh out of the oven to soak up the sauce.
