it really depends on what you use for typescript but for my preferred framework (sveltekit) just uses filesystem based routing, so api/health/+server.ts just routes to /api/health, api/v1/billing/invoices/+server.ts just routes to /api/v1/billing/invoices etc etc i really like that as a mental model
