For the love of god use peeled tomatos to make a basic red sauce (Marzano if you got’em). No bottled sauce. Genovese meat sauce - I beg you. No ricotta - Besciamella - and the best Parmesan you can grate on each layer. Peace and love. You’ll never think of lasagna the same way again.
