I just found out about the new Odyssey film a few days ago (life has been pretty busy/stressful recently) and realized I still have the book I bought from Boarders bookstore in like 2003 or something. I used to read so much back then. Also the 90s TV movie is flawless.
Should I get my first cranky villager? Hopper is so chaotically cute maybe he won’t upset me(?) I have the amiibo. It’s just that most of my villagers are types he will start drama with and I can’t decide if I want to keep it peaceful or toss in some drama.

I harvested some walking onions today. Charlotte was crying and begging for them the whole time. That girl will beg for literally anything. I plan to cook them with some potatoes for dinner.
This is so relatable I had coworkers telling me all about the truck driver’s routine, lunch habits, the reasons as to why he’s early or late or doesn’t drink coffee anymore as if we live in an episode of Gossip Girl or some shit.

😂 it’s trying to be a modern N64 controller and I really like it except I can’t figure out how to move the camera around other than to snap to front. So I can’t look up or down into anything and that’s gonna mess me up if I can’t get that to work 😮💨 It feels great to use just need practice.

Eventful garden morning! I watered everything that needed it before 10, saw an early morning hot air balloon, baby bunny still around, and the plants I transplanted yesterday survived over night. 😮💨
Happy solstice! I’ve been spending the day outside discovering a new toad friend, enjoying a few flowers, birds, and prepping some spinach for planting possibly next weekend or so.
Post insane barely remembered book covers from your childhood. I would stare at it night after night in the foldout bed in grandma’s sewing room, summer 1991(ish).
Every morning as I’m watering the garden I ask myself, is today the day I return to crochet or start some sewing project? Will I find motivation to photograph some things and load up the Etsy shop? What if I actually made a peach pie? Do I have the energy to bleach the shower? Organize something?
Are you normal or do you have 4 copies of the same book? I saw the blue cover version at goodwill recently and could not leave it behind. Still my favorite King book/series.
I harvested a bunch of oregano and lemon balm from the garden today. I’m hanging it to dry on a $4 necklace stand I got at goodwill last week. It’s perfect!
The only remake or release that could get me to buy a Switch2 is Uniracers. Siblings and I were glued to this game for years when it released and I still think it’s one of Nintendo’s best if not THE best racing game. Sadly I don’t think my hands can play like they used to. Ughhh 😤

My husband built a raised bed from fencing slats and wood from his stash. I’m starting to plant today and I really hope it works out. He got me some solar mushroom lights and plants from Home Depot, I’m filling the rest of the space in with my own seedlings. 2/3 of the soil was from our compost 🌱 🍄
