Used my new Kenwood stand mixer, first time test. Home made pizza from scratch. Tasty, very tasty. Had no bread flour so I used cake flour 440g plus 60g of corn flour for the thick crust. Crunchy edge, soft light interior. Topping: Bacon, mushroom, red belle pepper, strong cheddar & mozzarella. 😋😋

Korean Bulgogi restaurants are great. You need to live a little. The social aspect of everyone cooking on a charcoal or gas grill is part of the fun. Great sides like kimche pickled radish & salads. The meal lasts all night and drinks flow freely.
