I am reliably informed the Milk Bar stood at the corner of Williamsons Road and Doncaster Road, nowadays it is where Westfield Shoppingtown reaches for the sky...on the opposite cnr (l h side) was a dairy and a paddock full of horses clydesdales that delivered the bottles of milk from house to house
so last night we watched this very good movie via SBS On Demand...can Pauline 'please explain' why she wants to dump SBS - would have thought this would be to her taste
