This caught my eye while working through Proudhon's newspapers. It's from "Le Peuple," May 1949. Cœurderoy's "Hurrah !!! ou la Révolution par les Cosaques" was published in 1854.

Hurrah!
They are coming — the Cossacks!
The Tsar’s prefects, on the verge of being driven out by the Peoples, have implored the support of their sovereign. The Tsar is setting his formidable hordes in motion.
The Emperor of Austria, that generalissimo of the assassins of Italy, Hungary and Galicia, is opening the route through the Alps to the Cossacks.
The King of Prussia, that ringleader of the German princes conspiring against the Fatherland, is opening the route to the Rhine to the Cossacks.
They are coming — the Cossacks! They are crossing the Danube and the Vistula! The Habsburg introduces them into Vienna. The Hohenzollern delivers Posen to them.
Revolutionaries of 89, the Cossacks are bringing back feudalism, both noble and clerical! Revolutionaries of 93, the Cossacks are bringing back hereditary monarchy! Revolutionaries of 1848, the Cossacks are coming to consolidate capitalist privilege!
Patriots of all parties, the Cossacks are coming to dismember France and to subject her to ransom by the pretenders, the nobles, the bankers and the Jesuits!
Revolutionaries of every era, patriots of every party: the Revolution is under threat — THE HOMELAND IS IN DANGER!
Republicans, the time has come for the sword of France to be drawn from its scabbard to liberate Poland and Italy; the moment has arrived to unite our banners with those of Hungary and democratic Germany!
To the Tsar’s defiance, arms, and arms alone, must provide the answer!

The Origin of the Word Club.
The meaning of the word club is not generally known. It means a heavy stick or bludgeon. The word was coined during the era of the Roundheads, when popular assemblies formed to overthrow the monarchy. No other word could better express the power of the people — a new Hercules destroying the hydra of privilege with blows from a club.

Rights and Duties.
It would be difficult to hold a more misguided view than we have, in general, regarding the distribution of rights and duties. It would seem that everyone ought to accept, as an axiom of self-evident truth, that duties are proportional to each individual’s power; so that, just as people once used to say, albeit in vain, "Noblesse oblige,” we might equally assert that every gift, every favor bestowed by the nation or by society entails obligations strictly equivalent to those gifts and favors. It is possible that this principle elicits no protest; yet its application meets with no such docility. Moreover, and this is the crucial point, in practice, the maxim is quite simply inverted. It is to the man who has received neither the gift of physical strength, nor the benefits of education, nor the favors of fortune, that one invariably speaks of duties; and, fearing the consequences of his despair, one extols to him the sublimity of resignation. As for the man who possesses relative omnipotence, you never hear him speak of anything but his rights; and his peers, stupefied by prejudice, address him in no other language either. So much so that one might imagine there exist two distinct races within humanity: one powerless and paralyzed, upon whom all duties are heaped; the other omnipotent and free, upon whom all rights are conferred. Indeed, a socialist once remarked that we live in a world turned upside down; it is only logical, then, that in such a world, one should profess and practice a morality that is likewise inverted.

Oh, my... There were graphic elements partially developed for a chapter of the "Two-Gun Mutualism"/"justicier" project that never materialized — a section focused more on gender, if I recall correctly. I have absolutely no memory of this particular feature-image graphic, but why not share anyway?

This manuscript includes material on a variety of subjects, but entries of particular interest to students of Proudhon’s work discuss the nature of the economic science, first philosophy and the problem of definition. This first selection is particularly focused on that third problem and Proudhon’s perhaps unusual response to it, which shapes his writings in various ways, some of which would be hard to account for without some specific understanding of this question and his answer.
There are texts in Proudhon’s body of work — and perhaps War and Peace is one of the most interesting examples — where key concepts seem to develop in meaning over the course of the analysis. The results are vaguely unsettling and might suggest some fundamental problems with the framework of the analysis or lack of consistency on Proudhon’s part. But perhaps these texts — and others from the same sources — suggest other ways to account for a certain indefinition when it comes to key concepts.

I've managed to draw a usable account of the self—really of individuality, conceived in terms compatible with the theory of collective force—from Proudhon's writings, but that's the first and simplest encounter required to present anything like a general Proudhonian theory of relations and justice.
