Thanks to the dumbest trade policy since the McKinley administration, my favorite coffee roaster and provider of well-priced equipment, isn’t shipping to the US due to the self-inflicted chaos at the ports of entry.

At this time, we are not shipping any orders to the United States.
To our valued and loved customers in the United States, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily halt all shipments to the United States. The reason why is that many of the orders are being hit with duties and fees that we are unaware of at the time we ship the order. The end-result is that we have lost a significant amount of money on shipments we have thus far sent to the USA in September. Our shipping carriers have also told us that there is confusion and
ambiguity on their end as to fees, duties and fee structure. We are working tirelessly on a way to ship into the United States that does not result in us (or you) having to pay unexpected fees and we hope to resume these shipments in a matter of days.
