Philosophically I agree with a lot of this but this sort of sneer is part of the reason we've got into this mess (when people mocked 'please explain', how many Australians could define 'xenophobia'?).

I was in Crows Nest for possibly the first time yesterday and saw this amazing building, which is now high on my list of favourite Sydney buildings.
