The headline should indicate that the overwhelming majority of that ‘over 60 million’ went to Steven’s. As in over 60 million for her and 4 million for him. Yay citizens united that allowed for super pacs and unlimited donations that don’t need to be disclosed.

Now do deaths. It is shocking to me that despite learning that significantly less people (mostly our kids and grandparents) died in the US from the flu while we were all wearing masks, no one bothers to wear a mask.

Ooh, sounds delightful,added to my tbr I’m halfway thru Patricia Lockwood’s No One IsTallking About This It’s like nothing I’ve ever read before. And so many snort/laugh out loud moments. Fragmented, startling, poetic. But mostly so damn funny.

Ditto this incredible cheesecake from Osteria 44 in Rome. Can’t stand cheesecake but this silky, lofty treat was like nothing I’d ever had before.

I aim to read a book a week this year. Currently enjoying Bonnie Garmus’ ‘Lessons in Chemistry’. Love the science of cooking scattered throughout. Any recommendations for future reads? Thinking maybe something by Ursula Le Guin or Agatha Christie but pretty open to suggestions. #BookSky

Dang! I did pot pie soup with croutons but chickened out of using the cookie cutters so cut diamonds. So much lamer than this incredible thing! How does one, er, approach eating said tree?

For years I’ve made socca, thin chickpea flour pancakes, top w/hummus and fresh tomatoes, arugula, olives, yum! Now I’ve tried farinata, same recipe, started stovetop. Browned onions, poured batter in hot oiled pan, topped with onions, rosemary and kalamata. #vegan #glutenfree #veganfood
