This looks like how I wear my S Narrow. Always retracted but sometimes it does bunch up and bulge a little. I generally re-organise about 2-3 times a day and everything is locked in place comfortably and firm. Cherry Keeper do a head lock which may also help? Also looking for a neater solution.
