What the hell are people talking about? 1,000 years to assimilate? Citation fucking needed. What are immigrants and their descendants not doing? Are they not paying their taxes? Are they ignoring the lawful government of their communities? These claims are always so vague, they’re unfalsifiable.

In case I need to break it down, I said:

1. It can take 1,000 years to develop habits of thought and culture that make liberal democracy and constitutional government possible.

2. You can't import millions of people without assimilation *today* and expect them to share those important habits.
Somehow AMK interprets me as saying, the English wanted assimilation in 1215???

The full clip makes it clearer (AMK has it), but what I'm saying is obvious even from this oddly spliced clip.

I went over to the bad place and saw these posts from the co-founder if Wikipedia. After reading his Wikipedia page, which details how he’s been waging a decades long war against Wikipedia for being too liberal, I’m surprised they didn’t ban him sooner.

Well, that's that—l've been blocked by Wikipedia "indefinitely" for unstated reasons, by the "consensus" of a mob. There was no due process, no prosecutor, no dispassionate judge, no jury, no interpretation of law. All my judges were self-selected and hated me.

The cause of the cuts was unclear. While a June 9 report by the U.S. Park Police described the cuts as "razor blade slashes" made along a 20-foot-long stretch of the foam, the administration has yet to present evidence supporting that assertion. The documents reviewed by The Times described them as two 171-foot blade cuts but did not address how they were made.
