I absolutely love this snapshot of my mother, her sister, and their mother. My mom (left) looks like trouble, her sister looks like she learned how to pose for cameras, and my grandmother is 1000% done with all of it. Love.

I added nishikiito thread in the veining on the left wing so far. It's hard to photograph. Looks very glittery in person. 🧶

The downside to this stuff is that you have to use it by hand and it'll melt if you iron it. The upside is.. look at it!
Yeah, Trek is the future you want to live in, but folks, Star Wars has had my heart since I was three years old selecting an action figure of Amanaman from the store. All the muppety aliens and pulp fiction beats and Wilhelm screams are so dear to me. And the prequels and sequels too.

Luna moth embroidery update: added some purple bits and have the left wing mostly finished. I think my moth got me added to a craft stuff list so I'm going to try the emoji to post to it. We'll see. 🧶
