Brisket a massive hit. Cooked it in the oven after browning on top, for about five hours. Barbecue rub with smoked paprika. Other half impressed that it fell apart and was so tender. Thanks for the heads up about the best beef cuts. (Veg included Chinese cabbage).
Can’t understand why burn offs are done on a weekend. A stunning autumn day in Hobart ends with a pall of thick white smoke all over the city, mountain and working its way to the northern suburbs when people are likely preparing for barbecue dinners or finishing off at sporting events. Crazy.
Love our regular weekly shop at Hill St. Some beautiful berries and apples today along with locally grown veg and eggs. And a heads up for Tasmanian Lakker Chocolates (in pic) by Belgian-trained pastry chef and chocolatier Dimitri Smet and his wife, Jae. Unbelievably delicious dark chocolate.
Treat yourself to a beautiful day out and visit Bangor Vineyard in Dunalley, Tasmania. The perfect spot for lunch on an absolutely glorious day.

This is it but just don’t breathe around it when you first spray it on as the fumes are quite acrid. I cover my mouth and nose during that time. Fine when you’re actually cleaning it off.
Doc prescribed these for me. Work instantly, even with aura. You may use similar medication but I’m very impressed with their effectiveness.
