CTV is reporting on former MP Inky Mark's charges. They're showing video of Mark in the chamber that has PP smirking in the background, looking like a 14 year old. Some days it feels like nothing has changed for decades.
Stumbled on Hazardous History with Henry Winkler. Show is about when they administered Mrs. Winslow's Soothing Syrup (morphine) to calm babies & get them to sleep. 👀 This baby resembles someone....
It's soggy & overcast, & the crowds are sparce (seeing as it's a Wednesday), but it's still a beautiful night by the lake. Happy Canada Day. 🇨🇦
There are frequent power outages at the lake. Yesterday I splurged & bought a rechargable battery (on sale) so I can at least make a pot of coffee while waiting out a storm. ☕️ Testing it today & I absolutely love it. I'm such a nerd.
Swam for 1/2 hour tonight. The water is warm. It's not even July.

This poor guy. Must've got caught last night when you couldn't see a damn thing on the hwy. I'm guessing he's on a service road. Video poster said they were on Hwy 7 when they spotted him. Firetruck & ambulance were there trying to figure out how to get to him.

Damage control much Google? Google Health is useless. Besides the awful AI, the calories it logs are completely wrong. So... one can safely assume if *that* is wrong, the other information it's telling you is wrong as well.
I hope anyone who walks into a café or restaurant and sees this bullshit, immediately walks out & takes their business elsewhere.
Hey Manitoba! I picked this up at the local convenience store. Just want to say, the Interlake has a *lot* of very cool, quirky places. 😌 Beaches, accommodations, museums & attractions. 😎
Spent the day playing local tourist at the Manitoba Museum. Haven't been in years but it is definitely worth a visit/revisit. There's a lot of cool updates, but this entry to the galleries is still stunning.
I don't want to share the trailer because I think it shows too much, but "The Best You Can" with Kevin Bacon & Kyra Sedgwick is really good. Way funnier, but gentle, respectful, smart, & far more serious than expected. I laughed & cried. Highly recommend.
