Finished my Hinterland dress! I can understand why this is such a popular pattern. All the modifications went smoothly & now to wait for cooler weather. There are 2 more to be done in a black linen & a blue checked cotton. (Just need to finish the 3 WIPs already cut.) #sewsky #garmentsewing

Started on the Argent & Sable dress from Charlie Darwin Textiles in a linen blend. I like the full bodice lining. I think the next version will have a short sleeve with a cuff instead of the little cap sleeve. #garmentsewing #sewsky

Lesson learned for me. Don’t try to watch a new show when working on a striped raglan yoke. Took me two tries to rip back enough of the compound raglan increases to get the right configuration. I’m finally where I can put the sleeves in time out. #knitsky #showmeyourknits

I’ve wanted to organize my stash by weight. This has been in the back of my brain, just popping up randomly forever. Hunting for a specific yarn for my latest project provided a good opportunity. I don’t have pics of all my stash but here’s the largest grouping, which is fingerling weight. #knitsky
