I’m busier in retirement than I ever was working. Mainly because of these guys…
My sister lived in Yampa a few years until landing in Durango. Wish I was there…been baking in Panama City on the Gulf of MEXICO this week.
This one is 60% lab and 35% blue heeler acc: Wisdom Panel. A wicked combination.
We did Wisdom Panels on all three of ours. One is 20% Great Pyrenees and 70% German shepherd. Two is 60% and 35% blue heeler. Three is 40% Great Pyrenees, 20% Australian Shepherd, 20% Alsatian, and 10% American Shepherd. All three are 5% chow.
Today is the 10th anniversary of us bringing this little dude home for our then dog. She raised him as a puppy and he still thinks he’s a dog. It’s so cool of him to let us live in his house, feed him, clean up after him, act as his doorman, and pay his vet bills. Such a deal.
Same with this boy except it was mange. Full recovery and the life of every party.
Our Blue, Sugar Magnolia “Maggie”. Rescue, lived to her 15th year. She got up one day and decided it was going to be her last, went out on her terms 100%. Waited for, and took her last breath in the arms of, her boy. He was 24 then, 27 now and Frankie’s human.
