I'm getting some doubters so here is a map from Streeteasy limited to 1 bedrooms at $700,000 max. And this isn't even looking Uptown. (Yes I'm sure some of these have stupidly high fees keeping them cheap, but not all - that would be the case with 2 bdrms at this price)
