Proud to be ‘woke’! There is but one human 'race': Homo Sapiens. 'We are all connected through our shared ancestry, and the study of human evolution reminds us of our common humanity' (D.C. Johansen, discoverer of 'Lucy')
Anyway, being a journalist myself (back in the day, one can't be too careful these days, especially with younger ladies who volunteer their no. without being asked) I googled her. Seems legit. What do you reckon?
I just like tramcars of a certain ‘vintage’, thanks! This is one I built a couple of years back.
I last saw '70000' as she eased into London Victoria almost 3 years ago.
I’m a big fan of ‘art deco’ things, especially architecture and machinery such as steam locomotives.
I like sunsets too. Mine is looking west across the Guadiana river from Ayamonte (Huelva Province) towards Castro Marim (Algarve).
Today’s treat. Sichuan food. Spicy fish noodles and steamed wild mushroom dumplings
We don't have those here, even in 'Saulsbry'. Honestly in my seven decades, tonight is the first time I ever heard of them. Salisbury Cathedral is pretty, though...
I'd like to pluck Gretchen Menn's strings (well I would if I were younger).
Don't worry about language issues in beautiful Lisboa. You really should go there, it's gorgeous. History, food, friendliness.... and wonderful trams. During covid lockdown I occupied myself by building a Lisboa tram.
I’m currently enjoying some tasty ale that reminds me of an epic concert I witnessed at the O2 in 2011 when David Gilmour made an unexpected cameo appearance atop Roger Waters’ ‘Wall’
There's an animatronic T Rex in the NHM dinosaur gallery, it growls and threatens you when you go in. Recent tradition is to dress him up at Christmas, it's so funny. Santasaurus Rex.
