Emil Bove is dangerous in any position, but especially in the tie-breaking vote on the important 3rd Circuit (think election challenges in PA). Right-wing hacks are trying to float Bove's sinking judicial nomination. But we all need to pile on here if we want it to keep going down - as it should.
Today, the Judicial Crisis Network bashed me in the National Review for my Bloomberg Law quote last week. I said that Democrats should refuse to cooperate with Republicans on judges after the contempt with which they treated Biden's noms. It's true and I'm glad I'm living rent free in their heads.
