Yikes! Brent crude futures trading up $4.56, more than 4%, on news that Russia might declare Force Majeure on oil cargos. So many release valves have been opened to keep oil priced low, and it's all falling apart. Even if Trump ends his war, $100 a barrel is likely the new normal.
