Step by step implementing a dialogue system. So far everything appears in the right place with game pause when activated. Still need to have a typewriter effect that parses text without hiccups, animated portraits with separate eye and mouth spaces + the actual dialogue database. #gamedev #indiedev

It just seems like the market plan looked like this. Even if the small Steam Machine was 800 dollars, it still doesn’t match ps5 pro in bang for your buck.

Kris, Susie, Ralsei and Onion-san from Deltarune reimagined as Yoshis Island 2 characters. Susie is hefty and resembles baby bowser, riding Ralsei who in turn resembles yoshi, the dinosaur. Onion-san looks like the bloby lake creature Nep-enut and has a sparkly eyed smile on his face. Kris is floating away inside a bubble, like baby Mario, but instead of crying they have their iconic non-chalant expression.

A video game battle scene. The image vaguely resembles the final battle of the game Breath of Fire 3, with the characters replaced by Deltarune characters. The enemy is a waist down frozen goddess-like figure. The frozen part is cracked an reveals a living reindeer skull with glowing eyes and misty breath.
