xiv dawntrail 7.55 legendary fish log thread for myself finally caught one after being dry for a week of attempts 1/6 Great Ball of Lightning

finally greedier mode is one of the main reasons i never wanted to do another save file lol i still need to blow up the greed donation machine, but man the mode is so ass and the jam chance seems to be very high even at a 1% rate

off to a good start

i completed my masteries yesterday because i'm a sicko i have so many horrible terrible grinds left to do in north horn, hopefully i burn out and take a break, but if i wait to do them they'll take like 5x as long because of lack of people lol

finished my relic weapon and got this done, hell yeah we cleared it in two days, about 12 hours of prog

beat forked tower magic normal mode lol it's really easy, but you can definitely wipe in there, we beat it with 3 players (it just displays your entire party in there even if they can't enter it)

doing the kefka grind straight into the occult crescent grind was a bit much, but after 14 hours with some breaks got to knowledge level 40 in the new zone lol

umad cleared! learned pct for the first time (did bad) but i enjoyed the ulti, we went at a lot more vibey pace but we had people doing this as their first ultimate which i thought is insane, but they did it so hell yeah

made probably the worst mistake i have ever made in raid literally ever today

doing isaac challenges on the new save and my first two floors were INSANE

oh i didn't have to wait apparently, the portal was open even though it's not tuesday and i guess someone must have used the emote on me to have the portal open lol fun chunk of time, idk what to do now though because the season is over for me unless i want to grind forever for mythics

last key from skovos obtained, i just need to wait for irl time to roll over to access the cow level i am in absolute awe of what the d4 community had to do to solve this questline, because even following a guide it was a mess LMAO funnily enough i've had worse rng in d3 cow level in terms of time

nahantu key obtained the devs are actually so evil for this lmao, the cordyceps zombies didn't want to cooperate at all

this diablo 4 season kind of sucks because of the mythic item changes so i decided my goal is to unlock the cow level and after an entire night and morning of killing cows i got step 1 done

it was taking like 5-10 hours per new fish so my friends dropped in to help me grab the last 9 caught all the fish in diablo 4, it was really fun doing it with friends (and like a billion times faster than solo)

slammed my 4GA helm of perdition since it's the last day of the season, and of course it rolled a good corruption (all res%) very happy overall with this season, excited to casually play around the next and i'm never expected a god item like this ever again

forgot to post about it earlier but finished out all gold missions on the moon! i then proceeded to open 50 dronebits and only got 1 gold, which is a 2% rate, the mount i'm looking for inside the gold coffers is a 5% drop rate, so i guess i'm trapped on the moon for quite a bit longer

yay finished all tool masteries in xiv cosmic exploration i just need the correct red alert to spawn and i'll also be done with all golds this grind was not that bad compared to 500k points on all jobs, i might go for maxed out fishing points if i get the solo treasure map mount early

for a few weeks now most videos don't load on this site for me anymore on desktop, idk if it's just me, but lmao

we made it to p3 today and immediately got brainrot!!!!!!! we're swapping to freaky arrows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

500k fishing mastery done in the latest xiv cosmic exploration zone it was very painless considering you could macro fish it, so i watched "send help" while doing it, which owned my macro also happened to break on the last mission which also owned

spent the last two nights doing cosmic exploration to get all the bis tools for crafters/gatherers in xiv tbh probably the best planet yet in terms of aesthetic/music for me lol now i get to start the 500k master points grind for all jobs

second to finish my game in this six man archipelago i think i am fine with doing binding of isaac, but definitely not a game i play if people are starting a day or two late lol, i didn't get cathedral unlocked until day 3 which let me beat my game (goal was all boss kills) hush was the last boss

i realized i could break even further if i could find a dad's key and sacrifice room skip into the dark room, and i did it lmao mega satan down without cathedral or dark room or womb or angel pieces unlocked

i'm so sick with it, i'm sequence breaking the hell out of the game and fully cleared the dark room and scarred womb before unlocking the polaroid lol i think i'm genuinely stuck until they start playing tomorrow though

i cannot believe akupara bit again on the next boat (i was too weak to pull it up) going for size for fishing log since it's the current largest available ocean fish, i think

all caught up again with having all fish caught in final fantasy xiv as of current patch!!
