I've seen so many photos, and zoom-ins on his newspaper, and comparison shots with the "vacation" photo which might be ai itself, I don't f*ckin' know anymore. All I know is, this officially-released photo has him looking 6 to 8 years younger than when we last saw him.

They want us to believe this is a recent photo of the McConnell's, but I have some serious doubts, and the GOP itself is to blame for our own distrust of them, because they've proven numerous times they will stop at nothing to lie to us and to cheat their way through sitting on a Senate seat until past the deadline.

I'm an Australian watching America, and I need to say this plainly. Stop blaming the people fighting fascism for not defeating it fast enough. The problem is not the lawyers, judges, journalists, organisers, protesters, voters, teachers, librarians, and public servants still holding the line.

The problem is the billionaires funding the machinery, the media normalising it, the churches blessing it, and the millions of people who looked at the cruelty and chose it.

Resistance is not failure because it has not won yet. Resistance is why the story is not already over.

Today on Memorial Day, I'm honoring my dad who served stateside as a Marine during the Korean War. They needed someone with his expertise to be the projectionist on base in San Diego to take care of all the training films. Many in his platoon that were deployed didn't come home.🗽

Here’s the one I was waiting on and protected from the cold last night because I could tell it was about to open. Just look at this beauty!

Multiple iris blooms on the same stalk and one is fully open. Deep violet in color with a slightly lighter portion in the middle of each petal.
