I've got a dehumidifier in my crawl space. It's got a built in pump, which I use to automatically empty it into a pipe. The pump broke though, and hauling the 35 pints of water through a trap door is a pain. Instead of spending $250 to replace the thing, I found and installed a new pump for $23.
Shout-out to my neighbour who has been sitting outside for hours now. The absolutely perfect day to do so.
