Before I go to bed, a reminder to everyone that’s feeling down about their art might be considering using AI for their projects: you don’t need it! Things that are good and memorable don’t need to amazing art at first. If theres heart and soul into your work, maybe you’ll end up like one of these.

Translation: We generated all the assets in the game using AI and then traced over them. But we don't want you to know about that because we know everyone hates that. Saying "No live-generated AI content was used" is a nothing burger because that just means AI isn't being used in real time.

I got curious and had a look at E33's steam page. Despite them publicly admitting that GenAI was used in the creation of placeholder textures, which WERE in the final game before being patched out later, they still don't have a AI disclosure on their steam page. Can someone please explain WHY?
