Cookies and kitties.. I made these with tollhouse chocolate this time and dark brown sugar vs light. They taste really good but I keep thinking I burnt them. They just look different. Tollhouse chocolate is much cheaper then Ghirardelli as well. You even get a half ounce extra.
My meal prep for breakfast , lunch, and snacks. Should be a good day. I grab a coffee from chik-fila every morning. I really need the mcdonalds back. Coffee is 2.11$ at McDonald's vs 4.30$ at chik fila. Its a scam. Mcdonalds is the same quality. You can get a large as well. I get medium.

I tried airfield plantains today with a brush of vegi oil. Really yummy. I also whipped up some peaches and cream then forgot to take a pic :) Jones is chillin.
My joloff rice came out so good. I think 5 haberneros , 2 jalapeños and 1 plablano was the magic number for heat.
Carm knows how to rock a sunday. I gotta get up and meal prep now. I want to just lay on my couch all day.

Just baked cookies. They are for the nurses who took care of me last week. Found this Jolloff rice today at an African place next to my work . It was such comfort food. Then some me and Jones. This week has been such a life changer. Life is good. I appreciate everything. Im going to do good things.
Im home from the hospital and almost died from my kidneys. Grateful to be alive and well. My favorite kitty is with me. He missed me. Life is wild. Cherish every day.
