I'm sitting in the shady garden @ Drysdale River Station, halfway through a trip thru the Kimberley...it is the most astonishing country I've ever seen...they should just frack off!
Driving on a very rough track towards Clifton Beach near the 12 Apostles in SW Victoria...came around a corner and about a dozen wedge tailed eagles rose up off a wallaby carcass...couldn't get my camera out quickly enough...only got this one bird who refused to move off his gate.
