The rest of the harvest today. Going to make coleslaw, then the pickles (once the game’s over) and then finish making a roasted onion/tomato/garlic sauce I started a couple of nights ago
At the game tonight I told my seatmate I would send him the video of Eminem talking about rhyming the word “orange” when I got home. I get home, open my YT app and this is what it shows me. Beyond creepy, my friends.

17 years and 3 days ago I got cut out of this car with the jaws of life. I was sitting behind the driver. I was the only one injured. It’s been a long road, but every single day I think about how I shouldn’t be alive — yet here I am walking, talking, and doing work that matters. beyond grateful 🙏
