after much delay, Xavier's transformation animation is finally done. i think it's a good sign that i get more satisfied with each one of these i try.

finished the linework for the Alyson animation tonight. left the sketch layer behind it to make it clear what i've changed, and what i plan to do in the future
got through the rough first pass of my Alyson transformation animation. still some tweaks that need to be made here and there, but i'm overall thankful that this came together so smoothly, and for the lessons i learned from working on the Matt animation.
also, since i got caught up in making merry (and other things) last year and forgot to post the rest of my Titans redesigns, i'll just put the whole squad here now

this is Sprig, a creature given life from the trunk of a long dead tree. the only clues he has to his origin are a tattered cloak and a mysterious book he found by his side not long after he "woke up." as Sprig learns more about himself from the book, he travels the land in search of his creator.
