Oliver Ettlin's PTP Wallclock project just got a huge upgrade; he's been adding all the features I asked for, and then some! Now it has a fancy web UI and tons of display settings :)

Just printed this TashTalk USB to LocalTalk adapter enclosure for networking vintage Macs with modern computers (through an emulation layer). Used Polar Filament's Retro Platinum PLA, printed on a Prusa Core One+ (had a little issue sticking to the textured build plate)
One of these things is not like the others... (see 2nd pic) Fun to finally have a reliable setup for measuring ±1 ns PPS (and a solid Rubidium reference) among all my clocks! Adding another clock every few days... and probably no video on this stuff for months!

Finally sorted through the entire Pile of DDR2 testing on Xserve. Only 8 sticks of 17 worked. Was that generation of RAM cursed or something? I didn't use desktop RAM from around the PC133 era up to DDR4, so having these sticks with giant heatsinks is a little alarming :P

Always hard to keep my Dad from touching AM towers. Here he's acting like he's bridging the ball gap (lightning protection) on KENO-AM tower base in Las Vegas, NV (we were touring the site at the end of NAB day 2, thanks to Kintronics and the station engineers!)
And then there were two! More Xserves, that is. I'll be adding these Xserve1,1 Xeons to the G5 in the rack soon.
