The air conditioner/handler above me at work iced up over the weekend & flooded (drain pans either weren’t up to the task, or clogged) so it’s been raining in my office all day. My workstation sits in a dry cone of safety but the printer may have seized its opportunity to exit service.
I’m certain even if they prescribed a vacation, my insurance would decline to cover even the generic version. I can at least thank my niece for a discarded duplicate Dumpling I’ve dubbed Squishy, which makes a fun stress ball (here’s hoping they’re more durable than the Stress Heads of the 90s)
The downtown sunflowers have sprung up from nothing to 7ft over the past 2 weeks, so the Lilliputians are once again on maneuvers.
Working on digital coloring of a pretty birb! (Digital is a rarity for me bc I migrate ink lineart onto my old laptop - which has Photoshop CS5.1, can’t talk to modern phones, & is no longer allowed onto the Internet - & then render everything via trackpad. Someday perhaps I shall learn to tablet.)
We had a shrinky-dink party last night & here are some of the cute misc I made that will join my wares at table for Sunday. The goat is 1.5” high, the rest are all under 1/2”. (The titmouse & kiwifruitbird I’m gonna keep)

Finished my dealer table setup!! Come see me at F03 in the Dealers Den! Say hi to my numerous kiwi table mascots (& the Council of Three), take some sculpted babies or perhaps some stickers/pins home, & help AL G. out with recommendations (they’re trying to see the sights while visiting)
Once I’ve cooled off I need to figure out what this is. My very solemn niece presented it to me bc she already had the orange (& was fundraising to buy more in hopes of getting a purple). It’s cute & squidgy for a gambling dumplin’, I guess.
This wee foxie is trying to enjoy a morning coffee with a bagel & schmear, but the local Parks committee won’t leave him alone!

This tiny purple dragon has had about enough! They’ve jumped up on an IceBreakers tin, scrunched up their face, and are now breaking those cubes, pice by piece.
Potoo bird dressed as Mothman! Their pupils are dilated differently as sometimes happens bc it’s adorable & out of solidarity bc my own eyes do this. Love how this came out, Potoo birds are fun!
Red fox as a Cockatrice. The snake has tiny button eyes, & the tailfeathers have an iridescent sheen!
Kiwi bird as Creature from the Black Lagoon (or some other manner of swamp reptile). The costume has visible seam lines my camera can’t quite capture, and glow-in-the-dark eyes!

This tiny purple crystal dragon curls protectively around their popsicle, both to preserve their snack and cool down.
This Arctic kitsune has also found a (faux) crystal to cling to, this one reminiscent of the dark blue of glacier ice.
