Top of Mestaa’ėhehe Pass (11,170 ft) 4 1/2 months post-op after having an L3-L5 TLIF on March 10. I’ve visualized this day for what seems to be forever. Still working to get back to race weight & fitness but man, what a day! And yes, I rode my bike.
We just lost our Golden a little over a week ago. I hope this helps you & your family.
Earlier today, we had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy. He was so much better than all of us and we were so fortunate to have rescued him nearly 10 years ago. My daughter’s a wreck and my wife is devastated. And my soul is aching.
