New platform, same freewheelin' freelancer of minor renown in the Flower City. Movie Kid who became a Sports Guy (but not that one).
Reading the reactions to the treatment the English team is getting in Mexico City and someone shared the perfect meme.
Took a look at the local Odyssey IMAX 70mm tickets. First shows at 8am? Wow. The listed time is 2:52. Once again, Christopher Nolan loves all the roadshow trappings except the intermission. My bladder's reaction:
Vaya con dios, Scott. You're forgiven for all the Neil Breen movies. Mostly.* (*Relax, he'd encourage the gentle roasting. Like him, I draw the line at Skyline Chili.) Hug your people tonight, and I think I'm about to watch something Cannon in his honor. Mr. Nero, I think you're up.
You just made me remember playing Spy Hunter in summer camp in the late 80s on one of these, but the monitor was amber instead of green.
Tonight's movie. A brief review: some men will cosplay as Michael Jackson instead of going to therapy. Some of it's funny, some of it's sad, most of it is 'Corey needs help.'
Your Weekly News Meme Making Fun of The News right here. (Cheap laugh, considering the child in question might've been overstepping her bounds as a rich kid herself? Of course! Plus a random Chuck Norris reference too!)
Locals: looks like Cinemark is giving the new-old IMAX 70mm equipment a test run before The Odyssey with this.
Told my buddy Neil about the Brady news and he gave me this look in response. I asked him to stop smiling and in response, he said he would if I watched another of his movies tonight. So that's happening right now.
Saw the news in a push notification and brain immediately went to YA BETTA ASK SOMEBODYYYYY (ELSE) Sorry, King Laserface.
So what is my buddy Neil reacting to? 1. The McDermott news from yesterday? or 2. The fact that I'm about to spend my Tuesday night watching another of his movies? You decide!
