"I want to earn the right to be one of you, so we can enjoy it together". Viva la Iraola!
Sad end to the Ibou story. At his best and switched on, an excellent defender capable of holding his own against attackers too afraid of going near Virg. Feels like a premature end but he was a big part of the journey, before and after Klopp. Merci Ibou.
It's a sad end. But it's the right decision. The writing was on the wall. Arne Slot's achievements will be etched into the history of the club, regardless of what happened next. Not many could have followed Jurgen Klopp. Arne did it brilliantly to begin with. Bedankt Arne for delivering number 20!
The standard, the pinnacle. They gave us everything. Memories I will cherish all my life. The journey is the point, not the end of the line. Thank you Mohamed. Thank you Andrew. You have no idea how much you mean to all of us. You will never, ever, walk alone.
Sometimes words aren't needed. This speaks for itself. Legends of Liverpool Football Club.
Fortunate enough to watch him run down the wing in his first 30 mins at Anfield. Who would have thought then what he would do next? 44/14, 27/10, 23/13, 31/6, 31/15, 30/16, 25/13, 34/23, 10/9* Numbers do not do justice for what he has given us. Monumental. Magical. Mo. 😢
I'll miss Harvey, like so many others. To see him develop into the player he is, winning with the club he loves, having the best possible start to his career. He needs playing time to make the most of that start, hope he smashes it. We'll always have Paris, and so much more. All the very best Harv!
