My seats weren't as great as yours (the "nosebleeds" at Madison Square Garden means you could only see the lower third of the MAIN screen), but what a show anyway!
'No-one is safe.' This has become a trope of watercooler shows, coming out of shows like The Walking Dead or Game of Thrones, where viewers became deeply invested in the story and worried about their favorite characters getting killed. Anyone could die. The approach worked! But . . . Tolkien?
Sam Neill had a lot of great roles, but this was my personal favorite. A fun, memorable fantasy film despite its TV miniseries aesthetics and limitations. And the other lead roles are fantastic (the minor roles not as great).
Not sure I can tag him (as he might not be on here), but Matthew Stewart! www.matthew-stewart.com/middle-earth His Middle-earth work is so great.
I ask again, after all these years: Is Yaddle the Galadriel of the Star Wars universe that we all deserve but never got? (Sure, Grogu is cute, but he's not Yaddle or Galadriel.) #Galadriel #MaytheFourth

18 years?! Back when I was a spring chicken! Also, they did make an Audible book out of it (with a cool narrator, Steve West, whose rich British accent makes my words sound way better). Michael Komarck's cover art also made it into Spectrum that year.
Guys, the alternative halftime show was fine. It was more than fine, it was . . . fire. Lit? Adorable, anyway. I'm talking about the Pro-Dog Halftime Showdown, of course! Adoptable senior dogs! But also, Bad Bunny was pretty good, too.
Alderaan and Senator Organa should have just complied. It's their own fault.
While this article focuses on Neil's SFF explorations, it lingers on his optomism and worldly views. Today, his social and political messages, while never heavy-handed, are the most applicable. The lyrics of "Territories" really hits home considering the news of the day.
Happy #Halloween from #Ravenloft. And with apologies to artist Stephen Fabian, may he rest in peace.
Be cautious out there this #Halloween, folks. And be whimsical and imaginative, too. #theneverendingstory
