My new dog, from county shelter.

Jack. Found as a puppy. The golden mix in back just showed up at our door and never left.

I had one like that. Animal control picked him up. I gather he was skin and bones. I adopted him at 9 mo old. He was a needy dog, but not pushy about it. He died at 9 yo with diabetes I had been treating for 3 years. Rascal was on ottoman. Jack on window. He was dumped as pup on our road.

Adopted a great dane/lab mix who looked blue Merle dane. But was only 80 lbs. Brought her home from adoption. She and poodle became best friends.
