I just got back to my hotel room and literally as the door closed, the fire alarm went off. The unbelievably loud fire alarm. Stood outside for 15 minutes waiting on FD to come. Official cause: someone brought their kid to work, and kid pulled the alarm.
Do all Wendy’s locations look like this now? All you need is those stainless steel tables with blood drains in them and you’d have a perfect medical examiner’s room. There’s no soul in this. And don’t get me started on the awful ordering kiosks with shitty touchscreens. I miss speaking to a human.
I used to see Mike and Ike candy in shops, and think it was some sort of Temu version of something good. But I decided to try some, and it's suprisingly good. These are particularly tasty.
