I tell you, this homemade hot sauce is remarkable (made by neighbor). It’s brine fermented jalapeño peppers, onions, garlic & cilantro. No vinegar, no sugar, no crap additives! So good!! Exactly the right amount of heat plus flavor & it’s the right thickness. (It’s more bright orange than photo)
