Incredibly in North London there are now three borough councils under no overall control – where the biggest parties in each case are all just a single seat short of a majority! Tories in Enfield (31 out of 63) Greens in Haringey (28 out of 57) Labour *and* Tories in Barnet (both 31 out of 63)
