"He's seeing monsters / He's losing his mind and he feels it going." Not economically viable.
A celebrity I find distractingly attractive (what can I say, I have a thing for redheads)...
Chris Nolan should kick back a little. Maybe do a 3-hour remake of THE SIDEHACKERS next. Matt Damon as Rommel. Ben Affleck as JC.
Neither a great movie nor great art, I still enjoyed this trashy serial-killer flick. And if the major studios refuse to do physical releases, I'll gladly line the pockets of bootleggers on the other side of the world...🤷♂️
Glad so many people are finally coming around to Brian De Palma's OBSESSION. That *is* the OBSESSION they're talking about... ...right?
I don't even like the movie, but the score has some nifty Morricone-ish motifs...
I wasn't even following the motherfucker, but it was showing up in my feed all the same:
@mhofmeyer.bsky.social put together this nifty little graphic of all the movies he and I have discussed on the Movies, Films & Flix podcast. I love our "Feel Good" series!
Just gross. I'd rather watch a Kilmer/Hauser movie from when they were alive.
Via Main Street Music (Manayunk, PA) and the Cass McCombs show in Ardmore last Thursday...
"Friends" is a beloved American sitcom that aired from 1994 to 2004, following six young adults—Rachel, Ross, Monica, Chandler, Joey, and Phoebe—living in New York City. The show explores their friendships, romances, careers, and personal growth over ten seasons.
Bluesky kind of reminds me of the "Drop of Water" segment from BLACK SABBATH (the movie, not the band), and I'm the old, dead, bedridden hag.
