Making some more progress on this painting, trying to learn to better push my darks without using any black paint. Mixing a bit of burnt umber with ultramarine blue has been producing a dark that I like :)

Oh hey there, I've been working on a creature, hope you like them :) I like to imagine this elder being exists between realities as an unceasing hunger, devouring any foolish enough to traverse their domain.

A creature skull with many teeth emerges from an ethereal smoke. further in the background, it's suggested that the creature is of the smoke rather than within the smoke.
